We have now received further updates indicating that we should be able to move into the new Health Centre in the coming weeks. This will require a temporary reduction in clinical services during the transition to enable the final stages of the move.
Service changes during the transition:
From 7 April 2025, the practice will operate an emergency-only provision. Urgent and unscheduled care, as well as urgent operational medical support, will continue unaffected. However, routine and non-urgent appointments will be delayed until the week beginning 27 April.
Dispensary services will continue to be outsourced throughout this period. Repeat prescription will continue to be processed by eConsult preferably or by submitting repeat prescription requests directly to the dispensary.
Level 1 rehabilitation classes will continue to run from the unit gym until they can be relocated to the new Health Centre.
Services will continue at the current Leuchars Medical Centre until Friday 17 April. We aim to transfer services to the new Leuchars Health Centre from Monday 20 April, with routine and non-urgent appointments expected to resume from 27 April.
During the transition, all patients are encouraged to submit an eConsult for any medical issues via: https://rmcondor.webgp.com/. Many issues may be resolved without the need to attend the Medical Centre in person. Direct Access Physio appointments for service personnel can still be requested by calling the Medical Centre to register.

We appreciate that this will affect the level of care you usually receive from the practice, but we are committed to minimising disruption as much as possible.
