We’re looking for a practical, enthusiastic Events & Volunteer Manager to work alongside our Venue Manager at The Drill Hall, helping to deliver events, support volunteers and develop the venue’s programme and community partnerships.

15 hours per week, over 5 days
Salary: £12,171.49 PTE (£30,023 FTE)
Based at The Drill Hall / Town Council offices
Evening and weekend work required

This is a varied role with the opportunity to help develop an important community and cultural facility in Chepstow.

♻️ Using upcycled, repurposed or existing household items, create a Scarecrow and let your imagination run wild! Whether spooky, funny, friendly, autumn themed or inspired by something else, we would love to see it!

Free places at The Monmouthshire Games for Chepstow families! Apply now for October half-term!

⚾🏊 MonLife have worked with Chepstow Town Council to provide funded spaces at The Monmouthshire Games for local families. Children can get 5 days free access to the Monmouthshire Games, which run during the school holidays at all MonLife leisure centres.

📍 Who can apply?

Families must live within the Chepstow Town Council catchment area.

📧 How to apply:

Email monmemberships@monmouthshire.gov.uk with the subject line 'TMG Town Council spaces Chepstow'.

Please include the following details for each child:

• Name
• Age
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Leisure Centre Membership Card Number (leave blank if not a member)
• Additional Support Required (Yes / No)

If additional support is required please clearly state the reasons why. We are unable to provide 1:1 support through this scheme but are happy to discuss alternatives.

🏒🎽 If you are successful, five points will be added to a MonLife membership card - a single point is equivalent to one day at The Monmouthshire Games at any of our leisure centres!
