Staffordshire: Pinnacle Service Families Notification relating to new builds Taylor Wimpey (mainly Wiston Croft),
We wanted to let you know about some upcoming service connection works that will be taking place over the next few weeks.
Our contractor, MV Kelly, will be carrying out essential utility connection works to support the new homes currently being built on the opposite side of the road from your property. As part of these works, there will be periods where excavation is required to install and connect services.
We appreciate that works of this nature can cause some temporary disruption, and we would like to reassure you that the works will be completed in planned phases to help minimise any inconvenience wherever possible. The programme is currently expected to be completed by the end of October 2026.
Please be assured that the work area will be always maintained and made safe, with appropriate barriers, signage, and safety measures in place to protect residents, pedestrians, and road users throughout the duration of the works.
We understand that construction activity close to your home may be inconvenient, and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential works are carried out.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team at ccwmids@taylorwimpey.com or on 01494 509090.
