Family Fund provides a wide range of grants to families living in Wales raising a disabled or seriously ill child, or young adult, on a low income.

Whether you need outdoor play equipment like a swing, slide or trampoline; games, books and music; sensory or play equipment; technology for your child, or a much-needed family break, we are here to help.
Apply for items that will help meet your child’s additional support needs and make life easier.
Take a Break Wales grant scheme opens midday on Monday the 5th of October and will close at 5pm Monday 2nd November 2026.
