Dover: Free Social Tennis Every Weekend

 


Free, social tennis sessions are coming to Marke Wood Recreation Ground on Saturdays from 10-11am from Saturday (25 Nov).

Each week you can sign up to a session – no matter your age, background or ability – and play tennis for free, with the Free Park Tennis initiative from the LTA.

Calling all parents of an under five in Thanet, Dover or Shepway 

Are you wondering where to start to make some healthy changes to your lifestyle?

Do you worry about how quickly your child is gaining weight and how this might affect their health?

You can now get five one-hour sessions to talk through the changes you could make as a family to feel 
healthier.

​The one-to-one sessions are with your local Health Visiting and One You Kent Team members.

During these sessions, you can:

-  learn about eating balanced, healthy food for the whole family
-  discuss practical ways to support healthy growth during childhood.

Catterick: Little Notes Music Sessions at Catterick Library 0-5yr olds


Little Notes sessions restart at Catterick Library later this month!

These sessions help young children develop their musical, communication and social skills in a safe, fun environment. Children and their adults are involved in singing, playing with a variety of instruments and sensory activities.

Bryony runs two sessions, starting the first session at 10.10am and the second starting at 11am. Please sign up once per family for the whole half term.
