Medway Council & NHS: Survey on Loaned Medical Equipment
Are you currently using loaned medical equipment?
We are conducting a survey to find out about people’s experiences of being loaned medical equipment in Medway. This could be walking aids, beds, lifting chairs, commodes, hoists and other medical items. The survey should not take more than 10 minutes and is confidential and your comments will help us to find out what has or is working well, and where things could be improved.
