Forces Children Scotland have a vacancy for role of Ruby Boots Project Coordinator.
To help deliver their peer support service supporting children & young people transitioning from forces to civilian life in Fife and Edinburgh

Please email your Application Form and Regulated Work Declaration to admin@forceschildrenscotland.org.uk by 5pm on Monday, 18 November, as part of our selection process.

We kindly request that you send in a child-friendly version of your application setting out your values, skills, and experiences that make you suitable for this role. The format can be written, a graphic, short video, or picture, and should be suitable for review by a 14-17 year old.

Lecconfield: Christmas Fair-Nov 29th

Do you run business where you produce home crafted goods, if so would you like to take part in our Xmas event.

We are having a Xmas Fair to be held on Friday 29th November 2024 in the Community Centre on Camp.

We are proposing to split this with a Xmas Fair Coffee Morning 1000 -1200 and then an Evening Xmas Fair from 1800 – 2000.

You are welcome to have a table at both or either event.

If you want to book a table please let me know.

If you don’t run a business and would like Xmas gifts or ideas, please save the date.

Leuchars: AWS - the Panto Bus is back! Jack and the Beanstalk, Monday the 18th November

The Panto Bus production of Jack and the Beanstalk is coming to the Leuchars Community Centre on Monday 18th November.
 
Doors open at 1530hrs and the show starts at 1600hrs. The cost will be £1 per adult/child. 

Please visit the welfare office to register your child and pay.

There will be a short Interval with snacks provided.

Leuchars: DIO SFA Roadshow event, Thursday 28th November

Use the QR code to sign up to one of two sessions being held in the Community Centre.

It’s a chance for service personnel and their families to listen to senior representatives from DIO, Pinnacle and Amey about SFA. Its also a chance for service families to share their experiences of living in SFA.

This is also open to service persons or families living in SFA other than Leuchars.
