Medway: Recycle Electricals at Medway Libraries
This is one of the 40 plus projects funded by Material Focus' Electricals Recycling Fund, which is making it easier for the UK to recycle their electricals.
The aim of the Electricals Recycling Fund is to significantly reduce e-waste and its environmental impact by making it easier for consumers to recycle their electricals. The fund is led by Material Focus, the not for profit leading the UK-wide Recycle Your Electricals campaign.
Help reduce e-waste and its impact on our environment. Recycle your small electricals, like kettles, toasters and hairdryers, in your local library today!
Since installing the bins on 3 November, Medway Libraries have collected 69.1 KGs of small electricals, a very impressive 120 items in just one week!
