Staffordshire Network for Mental Health are offering a free one to one service for people over the age of 18 living in Staffordshire, over the phone where they offer a space to talk and a listening ear. They can offer coping strategies as well as signposting to other services if this is required. It may be that the person is feeling lonely, struggling to cope in this current situation or simply finding everyday life a challenge.
