The Skills and Transitions Fair is an inclusive and interactive event for students in years 9 to 14 across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Dorset with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and who do not attend a mainstream school or who hold an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) in a mainstream school.
Come along and:
- Explore post-16 education and training options
- Meet apprenticeship and supported internship providers
- Find out about further information from agencies offering advice
- Meet local and national employers.
The event will be held on Thursday 9 May at Merley House, Merley House Lane, Poole BH21 3AA. Although the event is running all day, parents and carers are invited to the twilight session taking place between 3.30pm and 5pm.
