A six-week programme aimed at supporting mums and equipping them with new skills is to launch in Elgin this week.
Mums Xplore will launch on Thursday 15 May, with sessions taking place weekly at Fika Child and Family Centre on 4-6 South College Street from 10am until midday.
Further sessions will be held across Moray throughout the year.
