The academy is a partnership of health and care organisations in Kent and Medway aimed at supporting people who are looking for careers in health and social care.

We can support with jobs advice, career guidance and development, apprenticeships as well as opportunities to gain management, specialist and leadership training.

We want to attract young people to pursue a career in health and care, develop the skills of existing staff members and help colleagues to become the next generation of leaders.
