This service is a friendly team made up of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP) \high Intensity CBT Therapists, Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists and Mindfulness practitioners.

We can offer Therapy sessions via face to face, video, telephone and instant messenger!

Gurkha Welfare Trust

The Gurkha Welfare Trust ensure that Gurkha veterans, their widows and their wider communities are able to live with dignity.

They achieve this primarily through the provision of financial, medical and community aid in Nepal, and operate through 20 Area Welfare Centre's spread across traditional Gurkha recruiting areas.

In the UK, in conjunction with other service charities and government bodies they offer advice and support to help the thousands of retired Gurkhas and their families who choose to settle here.

The Grand Military Gold Cup is an historic National Hunt, steeplechase, run at Sandown Park and taking place in Jan each year. First run in 1841, the race is restricted to serving Military amateur riders and is the showcase event in a day of celebration of the Armed Forces.

Grantham: Never battle alone - ssafa The Armed Forces Charity - "Requiring Backup"

The Lincolnshire Branch of SSAFA, as part of the East Midlands Region, is the trial area for a new SSAFA brand campaign which seeks to increase the visibility of our organisation to potential beneficiaries, future volunteers and also funders. The campaign is entitled 'Requiring Backup' and the poster, which is now visible in Lincoln Central station, features a Lincolnshire Veteran who has been supported by SSAFA and of course the NHS, through a period of personal trauma as he transitioned from the military into civilian life.

Children and young people with a parent Serving in the Armed Forces often face moving from place to place with their family, living overseas, attending several schools, leaving friends behind and making new ones. Being part of an Armed Forces family can also mean long periods of separation from the Serving parent when they are deployed or away training.

Kooth and the British Army Regional Command, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, are working together to provide easy access to mental health and well-being support for children and young people aged from 11 to their 19th birthday.
