 It is an upstairs room (stairs only - no lift)

The room seats a maximum of 12 people
There is a flipchart, wi-fi, a large screen and computer - alternatively you can attach your laptop to the screen. 
There is one toilet downstairs
There are no drinks facilities - delegates must bring their own refreshments.
Access will be provided by way of an electronic fob for the duration of the meeting
The room is available from Tuesday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm.
There is no charge to use the room.

Defence Connect (Defcon) – Defence Accommodation Policy




Our Defcon page will be external from 1 May 2023 giving access to family members and partners as well as Service personnel.

Over the course of the next year, we will update the page with the latest information and announcements on Defence Accommodation Policy.

Each member will receive a push notification email when announcements and changes are made to the page.

Armed Forces Suicide Prevention Strategy & Action Plan


The Armed Forces Suicide Prevention Strategy and Action Plan has been published today, demonstrating Defence's commitment to reduce suicide in the Armed Forces and provide support to those affected by it.

The Strategy establishes eight focus areas: Understand high risk groups within the Armed Forces
Educate the Armed Forces about suicide and its prevention

Enable individual resilience and support personal needs
Enable safe military environments
Enhance organisational management of those at risk
Enable access to support for those at risk
Develop accessible postvention support
Improve organisational learning
