The ACF isn’t just about marching around the drill square. We offer cadets and adult volunteers an exciting programme of activities and events over the course of the year.
 
There is also the opportunity to embark on overseas exchanges, adventurous training, expeditions and sports competition, to name but a few of the options available. You might even want to learn a new musical instrument in our band.

Aldershot: Rushmoor repair cafe at The West End Centre


We will try to repair a whole host of things. Most household electrical items, clothing, woodwork, bicycles, toys, metalwork items, computers, small wooden items, even musical instruments will be considered. Aside from the short list below, which we are unable to repair, we will do our best to repair your broken items. We DON'T repair, mobile phones and tablets, microwave and some antiques.

The Rushmoor Repair will be running every third Saturday of the month at The West End Centre, 48 Queens Road, Aldershot GU11 3JD.
10.30am until 1.30pm 
LAST ENTRY at 1pm.

ONE ITEM booked at a time per customer.

The Rushmoor Repair Cafe is run by volunteers, free of charge - donations welcomed!

Leuchars: Movie time in the Community Centre, MUFASA on 13th Feb

The welfare team will be showing the recently released film, MUFASA in the Leuchars Community Centre on Thursday, 13th February at 1300hrs.

The cost to watch this fabulous film is £1 for children and £2 per adult. To secure a place you can pop in and see a member of the welfare team or turn up on the day. 

Please note this film has a PG certification.

Leuchars: Cafe and Soft play in the Community Centre

The Cosy Beans CafĂ© has closed permanently and the future of the coffee shop has not yet been determined. 

Until a decision is made, the soft play and seating area will be open for use from Mon 10 Feb (Mon – Thurs) between the hours of 0900 – 1430 hrs and Fri between 0900 – 1200 hrs, however individuals using the area will do so at their risk and supervise their own children. A cleaning kit will be available in the area and we ask all users to clean and clear up after themselves to ensure the areas remains clean, hygienic and safe for other users. 

If this does not happen, both areas will be closed.

Ready Steady Mums walks are free, fun and informal social walking groups for new parents. Giving you the social support and motivation to get out in the fresh air. 

We will meet you at the War Memorial Park Bandstand, we will be stood in or next to the Bandstand ready to greet you and will be wearing bright green Barnardo's lanyards.
