Poppy Scotland grant scheme

Financial difficulties can happen to anyone. When it happens to members of the Armed Forces community, our grants scheme delivers financial support tailored to their specific circumstances.

Our grants are wide-ranging and cover areas such as home repairs or adaptations, replacement household goods and clothing. We’ve kept our grant giving criteria deliberately broad so we can help as many people as possible. We carefully consider each individual's case, so do not hesitate to get in touch, we are here to help you through the grant application process.

Guide for Parents of LGBT+ Children

This guide has been created by MOD LGBT+ Allies to provide support and guidance to parents of LGBT+ children. We hope this guide will not only help those parents of LGBT+ Children and anyone going through a similar situation or interested in this area, but raise awareness to everyone who reads this guide. It is crucial to remember that coming out is never a one-time event and that our LGBT+ colleagues may have to face this often daunting experience many times in both their personal and work life

Beverley: VANL and ERVAS Merger Exploration

VANL and ERVAS merger exploration

Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire and East Riding Voluntary Action Services (ERVAS) Ltd are exploring the potential the benefits of the two organisations merging. No decision has been made at this time, however we will be embarking on a thorough consultation process, with all who have an interest in the organisations - first and foremost members, followed by partners and funders.

The main reason we are exploring this is to strengthen voluntary sector support across the areas and improve long term sustainability of both organisations.

click on image to visit website
The new site brings together the constituent parts of the Regimental Family in one website. Not only the serving Regiment at Leuchars, but also, in particular, the Association, the Regimental Museum and Shop, and the Regimental Charity.
In the coming months we will be introducing a new, updated Shop; and "alumni" facility where members of the Regimental family can identify friends and colleagues they served with and communicate with them.
Have a look. We hope you find it both interesting and helpful.
