NHS Scotland: How does your weekly drinking add up?

It's recommended that you don't drink more than 14 units of alcohol a week, spread out over at least 3 days, to keep the risks from alcohol low. This is the same for both men and women.

But what does that look like for you?

Sticking to a maximum of 14 units of alcohol per week can reduce the risk of health issues, such as breast, mouth and throat cancer.
