Hereford: Fully funded resilience courses at The Cartshed

The Cart Shed has places available on their fully funded resilience courses. Please forward this to all who may be interested.

Do you enjoy being creative and learning new things? Would you like to improve your wellbeing at the same time? We have places available on our FREE Resilience courses.
On our 6 week course that starts on the 25th September you will make one or more of a variety of different wildlife homes and feeders and learn ways to plan and prepare for wildlife in your garden. On our 4 week course that starts on the 6th November you will have the opportunity to learn or revisit willow working skills in order to produce a plant support or other garden structure. The five ways to wellbeing will be included on each of the courses and all of the activities take place outside in our beautiful woods.

These Resilience courses consist of one session a week for either 4 or 6 weeks on Mondays from 10 am to 3pm. A hot cooked lunch made outside in our woodland kitchens is included for a voluntary contribution of £3.

To apply please visit https://www.thecartshed.co.uk/ and fill in an online referral form found on our home page and state that you are interested in our Resilience courses. Participants need to be available to come for the duration of the course. Free transport is available from our pick-up points in Hereford. The 461 bus route also has a request stop near our site.
