Here's a reminder of Building Heroes Wales 2024 Construction Multi-Skills course dates and everything you need to know about the course. We are rapidly approaching our April Construction Multi-Skills course in Cardiff (15th April start) and still have a few spaces left!
At Building Heroes, our programme is designed to equip our learners with essential skills, boost career prospects, and provide a supportive community that understands the unique challenges faced by those who have served or are connected to the military. We provide quality training and employment/welfare support to veterans, service leavers, reservists, and military family, therefore, ensuring a smooth transition into civilian life and the construction industry.
We are partnered with Cardiff and Vale College to provide a Level 1 Construction qualification, Level 1 Health and Safety, and a CSCS card. The course includes instruction in plastering, tiling, painting and decorating, bricklaying, plumbing, and carpentry. We are also partnered with several companies to provide site visits, employer visits, and job opportunities across Wales and South West England. Our course is fully funded for veterans and military family members, and 90% funded for service leavers and reservists.
Building Heroes look forward to welcoming two new cohorts of learners in 2024 on the following dates:
15th April - 17th May
3rd June - 5th July
