North East & Yorkshire: Daisy Chain - Autism Central Virtual Support Sessions Apr - May



Virtual Support Sessions – AC

As part of the Autism Central programme, Daisy Chain provides virtual support sessions to help support individuals and families.

Sessions are an opportunity for parents/carers of autistic and neurodivergent children to connect with each other and get advice from the Autism Central team.

This group is suitable for you if you have a child who is diagnosed / going through the diagnostic process / has been identified by a professional as having a need relating to: autism, ADHD, FASD, Sensory processing differences, anxiety and social and communication differences.

Upcoming themed virtual support sessions

Friday 26th April - Virtual Support Session for Military Families / 5.30pm-6.30pm
Friday 10th May - Virtual Support Session for Military Families / 10am-11am

These online sessions are free and open to families living in the North East and Yorkshire. Autism Central offers families and carers of autistic people high-quality and easily accessible autism education, training, and support through peer educators, alongside a dedicated website. Peer educators are autistic people, and parents and carers of autistic people, who have been trained to support other families. Daisy Chain Project hub is delivering Autism Central in the North East & Yorkshire NHS England region. www.autismcentral.org.uk
