This year, the theme is to move more for your mental health and we're hosting a Mental Health Information Fair at County Hall in Trowbridge on Monday 13 May from 10am to 4pm.
The event will involve more than a dozen stalls offering advice and signposting to support your mental wellbeing and our leisure services team will be on hand to share tips on how to move and stay fit physically and mentally.
