The successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, potential clients and colleagues. Your role will also include administrative work where you will be part of a wider administration team and will support our Registered Building Inspectors and Managers throughout our business .
If you would enjoy working as part of a support team of administrators but are equally as comfortable being able to work on your own, this is the role for you. A happy disposition and confident communication skills are essential. Previous experience of Microsoft Office, great organisational skills and accuracy is essential for the role. Full training will be given to the successful candidate to learn our systems and procedures in order to work alongside our existing administration team.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with a 30 minute break
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with your skills, knowledge and experience. 27 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays, private medical insurance and contributory pension scheme.

Over £3.3 million awarded in latest round of Covenant Fund awards
Over £3.3 million awarded in latest round of Covenant Fund awards
The Armed Forces Covenant Trust (the Trust) is delighted to announce over £3.3 million has been awarded in the latest series of grants made under the Covenant Fund.
The Trust has supported a total of 34 fantastic projects across four different Covenant Fund programmes, all set to make significant improvements for Armed Forces communities across the UK.
- Service Women: Seen & Heard has awarded over £700K to eight projects tackling the underlying issues unique to serving women, providing improved access to support for their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
- Free From Fear has awarded just over £700K to five projects addressing domestic abuse through preventative measures or providing support routes for survivors in Armed Forces communities.
- Serving Families: On the Move has awarded just over £1M to 11 projects helping to improve the quality of life for Service families impacted by relocation.
- Embedding Prevention of Veteran Suicide has awarded just over £860K to 10 projects enabling systemic change and long-term, sustainable impact, building on the findings from the One is Too Many programme.

The Spinney is a wonderful community woodland playspace in South Lincolnshire which adults and children can visit 365 days a year.
It provides a fantastic setting where everyone is allowed to run wild in the woods. There is no entry charge and all activities are free. Adjoining the Spinney there is a large wildflower meadow with mown paths where you can also walk at any time.
The Spinney is situated just north of the village of Little Bytham, which lies 6 miles north of Stamford on the B1176 road.

Did you know that you can borrow a Sensory Borrow Bag when you visit us here at Affinity Lancashire in Fleetwood?
Our Sensory Borrow Bags have been designed to make shopping trips more enjoyable for customers with Sensory Processing Disorders (SPD) or who are on the Autistic Spectrum (ASD).
The bags can be borrowed from the Centre Management Office, which is located near the main entrance, and include noise-cancelling ear defenders, fidget toys and visual communication cards to help manage sensory overload.
