We’re looking for an Engagement Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is all about connecting with our customers, understanding their needs and making sure their voices shape the services we deliver. You’ll lead on engagement activity including event planning, working closely with teams across the organisation to improve experiences, build trust and support meaningful engagement.
