Climb Scafell Pike with the Little Troopers - Sat 14 Sep

Little Troopers, the military children’s charity, is calling on people from across the forces community to climb Scafell Pike on Saturday 14th September to fundraise for the tri-service charity.

This will be the first time that the charity has organised a fundraising climb of England’s tallest mountain, having scaled Yr Wyddafa in Wales every other year since 2013.

Anyone over the age of 12 is welcome to climb, with all participants asked to pay £15 which is a subsidised fee to go towards the cost of the mountain leaders who will accompany the group on the day. The climb is also being sponsored by Team Forces, which supports military sports, challenges and adventures, Once registered, climbers will be sent the link to set-up their fundraising pages with a suggested minimum fundraising total of £50 per adult. The charity is hoping to raise at least £5,000 to support its work supporting children from all three services.
