Lancashire: New Weekender bus tickets
Passengers can benefit from reduced fares this weekend with the new Weekender bus ticket, buy Saturday to get Sunday free. Great value bus fares will be available on most bus services for evening & weekend travel across Lancs. For evenings out, you can also get a single ticket bus journeys for just £1, after 7pm 7 days a week.

Medway Council Apprenticeships
This is Paige Maryott – Child Health Apprentice and Apprentice of the year
"Becoming apprentice of the year has been a really good way of being recognised for my work and has given me a real confidence boost. I feel like by deciding to do this apprenticeship I have developed many skills that I may not have if I had gone to collage/Uni.

Veterans Dashboard Launched
The Veterans Data Dashboard from the Office for Veterans’ Affairs, allows the public to scroll through data in areas such as population, housing, mental health and employment.
The dashboard will provide a snapshot to the public, veterans and service providers so they can learn about the community, as well as the different services offered by the government to support veterans.
It comes as the Office for National Statistics released new data from the 2021 Census on the veteran population. The data covers areas such as age, health, gender and ethnic and religious breakdown.
