Northern Ireland: Reading Force NI - Book Club

 
Book clubs are off to a very busy start in 2025
We currently have volunteers coordinating book clubs with members from all branches of the Armed Forces including Veterans and those currently living overseas.

Volunteer coordinators will be supported by Nicola to run their book club and each member will receive three FREE books from Reading Force. Wiltshire: Op Community - NHS advice for SP and military families in Wiltshire

 

OpCommunity is an easily accessible single point of contact within the NHS for families and carers of current and former Armed Forces personnel living in Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.

Leconfield: Housing Surgery Friday Mornings

 

Mr Paul Drury your Pinnacle Housing Officer will be holding a drop-in housing Surgery every Friday Morning 0930 -1030 .

The exception being that every Last Friday of the month Pinnacle & Amey will be conducting Housing Surgeries at Ladysmith House.

If you are unable to attend these meetings but have questions or queries to raise, please email the Welfare team DSTpt-EstbSP-HQSqn-Welfare@mod.gov.uk who will raise it with the team on your
behalf.

Highlands: The Military Liaison Group (MLG) - who, what, why


The Military Liaison Group (Education), often referred to as “The MLG”, is a tri-service Highland partnership that is committed to ensure that all Children and Young People from Armed Forces families thrive in Highland and suffer no disadvantage in their education due to being from a military family (Army, Navy or RAF) whether Serving, Reservist or Veteran.

Our volunteers are experienced in many aspects of military life and in the transition to civilian life. We also take the seriousness out of life and try to make sure we put the fun back into it, and we do that with a variety of activities.
