Wiltshire: The updated MyWilts app has now been launched
The MyWilts app is the quickest way for you to report issues to Wiltshire Council, including highways defects, weather emergencies, fly-tipping and overgrown vegetation.
If you have automatic updates turned off, simply visit the App Store for Apple devices or the Google Store for Android devices to initiate the update.
You can continue to use your previous details to login and report issues. Cases raised in the previous version of the app can still be viewed.
The update improves the user experience and provides some new functionality, with the facility to deploy further improvements and new features in the future.
If you do not have a smartphone that can support the app or do not wish to use your phone, the MyWilts online reporting webpage is still available.
