Elgin: Moray Wellbeing Hub Weekly drop-in every Friday

Join us at our drop-in space for anyone looking for support with their wellbeing FRIDAY 21st February from 12 noon until 2pm at Foggies Bar in Elgin.

No need to book, just drop by and a Champion from Moray Wellbeing Hub will be there for support. We can look at specific things together or just listen to you, whatever feels right in that moment.

There will be free tea and coffee and a cosy space to connect with another human!

Every Saturday at 9am, a free weekly timed 5k run for all ages and abilities at the Great Lines Heritage Park in Gillingham, Kent

Everyone is welcome to join us at Great Lines parkrun! To run and record a time, you first need to register and print off a barcode that is unique to you. After that you can just turn up and run. For more information CLICK HERE

At the moment we do not have enough volunteers to actually cover the critical positions in order to execute the run. We still need marshals, bar code scanners and ideally a number checker.

Reminder: Fortnightly garden waste collections started from 03 Mar 25

If you have signed up for a 2025/26 garden waste collection subscription, we will collect your garden waste every two weeks between 03 March 2025 and 28 November 2025, before the winter book and collect service starts

Not subscribed yet? Residents who sign up before 10 March 2025 will be able to subscribe to our early bird offer from £36 per year, the same price as in 2024.

The Council is currently reviewing all its charges for 2025/26 and prices for garden waste subscriptions may increase after 10 March 2025
