Freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for Administration Assistant to support a small team of Project Managers and Lines Operatives from our office in Catterick.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
✅Timely and accurate input of weekly timesheets to ensure payroll and financial deadlines are adhered to
✅Raising and checking of purchase orders for subcontractor payments
✅Accurate and timely request of all Safe Dig documentation, to ensure paperwork is received within the required timeline for the start new projects
✅Creation and uploading of job packs in accordance with timeframes set by the project management team
✅Assisting with requesting of Customer Planned Power Cuts including liaising with the client, individual customers and operatives
✅Ordering of plant and traffic management from our internal hire desk
✅Updating of daily programme with details of work completed
✅Submission of data to the client in either MS Word or Excel

Alton: Jane Austin Sculpture Unveiling and Regency Day Sat 21st June 2025
JANE AUSTEN 250 ALTON

Where: Alton Assembly Rooms, Alton High Street & Market Square
In 2025, Hampshire will be celebrating the 250th birthday of its famed and beloved author, Jane Austen, with special events taking place across the county throughout the year.
As part of the 250th anniversary celebrations Alton Town Council, with funding from East Hampshire District Council, will be unveiling a new sculpture of Jane. The sculpture will be the main feature of a new Jane Austen themed garden outside the Assembly Rooms. Everyone is welcome.
