Fife: Fife Carers Centre Caring for the Carer Mental Wellbeing Programme ** next session is Friday 11th July in Leven**

Fife Carers Centre are launching a Wellbeing Programme designed just for carers, starting this March.

Each programme runs for 6 weeks, with sessions starting at 11am. 

Plus, lunch and refreshments will be provided.

We’ve teamed up with amazing professionals like Bill Paterson (CBT sessions) and Deborah Enrici (silent counselling) to make this an impactful and supportive experience.

Northern Ireland: Armed Forces Day NI - Saturday 21st June

Ards and North Down Council have announced that Newtownards is to host this year’s Armed Forces Day (AFD25). 
This national event is set for Saturday 21 June 2025 and Newtownards Airfield Visitors to the town can enjoy a host of family friendly entertainment, a military parade, music, cookery demonstrations and technical challenges to test event the brightest of brains.

There will be military stands which will give everyone the opportunity to find out more about the work of the Armed Forces including The Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force along with Cadet organisations.
