Funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to deliver Serving Families On the Move Programme, CVS Lincolnshire is supporting newly relocated serving families to settle into life in Lincolnshire.




The form can be completed either by a referrer or directly by a family seeking support.

18 – 24 May is Dementia Action Week!

Led by Alzheimer’s Society, this week is about raising awareness of dementia by bringing communities together, improving knowledge and sharing stories.

A Dementia Action Week page on Connect to Support Lincolnshire containing information on dementia and local Dementia Friendly Communities, and details of events taking place across the county during Dementia Action Week.
