Headspace: Free Package of Free Meditations - Weathering the Storm

Headspace has made available an enhanced free package called ‘Weathering the Storm’ with more meditations, movement exercises and sleep music to help through this difficult time, as well as links to further resources.

There are a lot of unknowns in the world right now and most of us are feeling anxious, restless, or isolated. To help support you through this challenging time, we’re offering a new collection of meditation, sleep, and movement exercises in the Headspace app called Weathering the storm. It’s a reminder that none of us are alone in this shared experience.

Find Weathering the storm on the Explore tab of your Headspace app and give your mind and body a break.

Volunteering With The Commonwealth War Graves Commission

We honour and care for the 1.7 million men and women of the Commonwealth forces who died in the First and Second World Wars, ensuring they will never be forgotten. Funded by six Member Governments, our work began with building, and now maintaining, cemeteries at 23,000 locations all over the world.

Today, over a century after we first began, our work continues through our staff, supporters and volunteers who preserve our unique cultural, horticultural and architectural heritage and ensure that the stories of those who died are told.
