BaNES, Swindon & Wiltshire: Upcoming free wellbeing workshops with BSW Recovery College

 

The BSW Recovery College offers free in-person and online wellbeing courses and workshops for adults (18+) living in or registered with a GP in Bath, North East Somerset, Swindon & Wiltshire (BSW).

Learn skills and techniques to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing and connect with new people. Courses and workshops are co-produced with people with their own lived experience of mental health challenges. They are also open to Carers.
