As Co-ordinator, you'll lead our team at the Customer Hub to deliver exceptional service and performance.
You'll need to be a great listener who's able to handle and resolve any complaints smoothly, you'll monitor customer feedback and use it to identify service improvements, you'll be involved in customer engagement and our Customer Voice initiatives and you'll keep the team motivated, inspired and up to date with training.
No two days will be the same!
