1000 – 1200 hrs Dandelion Mini’s @ the Hub
Wednesday 29th October
1000 – 1200 hrs Breakfast Club at the Welfare Centre with bacon rolls.
We will have a DIO, AMEY and SSAFA Clinic as well as an NHS Health and Wellbeing Event until 1300 hrs.

Do you want to know more about the adult screening programmes: cervical, breast, bowel, diabetic eye screening come along and have a chat with us. As it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month we will also have information about being breast aware that will be useful for everyone.
There are so many benefits to stopping smoking, vaping or using nicotine products, if you would you like some information about or support to stop come along and talk to the Smoke-Free Highland Service.
The NHS Highland Health Information Resource Service are coming along with a variety of information on various topics including the Condoms by post service, and our new Directory of Services.
Wednesday 29th October - Halloween Party 1700 – 1900 hrs** at the Welfare Centre
Fancy Dress Competition, Slime Station, Potion Making, Trapeze will be doing a Spooky Magic Show and games, buffet available. Please Note all under 18s to be supervised by a parent / guardian / carer.
1930 – 2130 hrs Adult Book Club at the Hub.
Thursday 30th October
Fright Night at Fort George**, we will have dinner first then the Historic Environment Scotland Staff will lead the Fright Night. They have changed the activities as many people attended last year’s event. Transport available.
