A calm, creative gardening group designed to support your mental health and wellbeing.
Come and grow at your own pace, meet others with shared experiences, and enjoy time in nature.
No pressure, no expectations — just a welcoming space to heal, connect, and plant new beginnings.

If you love muddy boots, fresh air, and a good brew, this group is for you!
Join fellow veterans for relaxed gardening activities, friendly chat, and hands‑on outdoor fun.
