You will be responsible for managing preparation and production of food to ensure minimal wastage but maintaining high levels of taste and quality. Maintaining food hygiene levels and managing stock levels and stock rotations.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

This is a full-time position, £12.00/hour, 40 hours per week, (shift pattern, Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 weekends). Shifts range between 07:00 and 20:30, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within hospitality.

You will be set up for success if you have:
Food hygiene certificate Level 2 or willing to work towards it on our e-learning platform.
Relevant culinary qualification is desirable however there is an opportunity to gain a qualification whilst you earn. Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
Proficient level of spoken English.
