Start the year with our free short courses designed to help you feel better, move more, and grow in confidence. No resolutions - just real, supportive learning to help you thrive.

Price: Free of charge
Dates and times: 13th, 14th & 15th January 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• Pocket of Light: Colour Mixing and Concertina Making
• Adventure into Abstract Collage.

Courses are open to all adults over 18 years old, however priority is given to learner who meet our eligibility criteria.
