All children in Scotland aged 2 years and over can get vaccinated against flu using a simple, pain-free nasal spray.

Not only does the vaccine help protect the child against flu, it also reduces the risk of passing the virus to others.

NHS Scotland: How does your weekly drinking add up?

It's recommended that you don't drink more than 14 units of alcohol a week, spread out over at least 3 days, to keep the risks from alcohol low. This is the same for both men and women.

But what does that look like for you?

Sticking to a maximum of 14 units of alcohol per week can reduce the risk of health issues, such as breast, mouth and throat cancer.

Find out how your drinking adds up at count14.scot
