Hampshire: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary

Every neighbourhood in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight has a dedicated neighbourhood policing team that works together with the local community and partners to: reduce crime and incidents, bring more offenders to justice, protect the vulnerable and tackle violence against women and girls, improve victim service and public confidence.

Neighbourhood policing teams are led by senior police officers and include police officers, police community support officers, police staff and the Special Constabulary.

They aim to make communities safer through an approach that is focused on engagement, offender management, safeguarding and problem solving.
