Chippenham: 'Developing English Skills' free course for Military families

 

Following on from the 'Building English Skills' course, learners will practice reading texts in different contexts, such as current affairs and job descriptions, and they will practice writing in different styles, formally and informally. They should feel more confident as they work through the 10 session course.

This course will be helpful for learners who need a bit of support understanding written text and expressing themselves in writing.

Participants can book by calling us, sending an email, or completing an enrolment form (Enrolment - Work Wiltshire). Participants will need to attend the induction on Monday 24 February at 12.30pm. During the induction, they will complete a learner journey which will help them outline their own personalised goals during the course and help our tutor adapt the course to learners’ needs and interests. The course will start on Monday 3 March for 10 weekly sessions, excluding holiday periods.

Please note that this venue is located near Chippenham Bus Station.
