St Andrews: R&A World Museum now recruiting visitor & retail assistants - will close early if they receive sufficient applications

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the R&A World Golf Museum as Visitor & Retail Assistant. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors of the R&A World Golf Museum, as part of a wider front of house museum team working across the admissions, galleries, and retail areas, ensuring that a welcoming, helpful, informative, high quality, and memorable customer experience is provided at all times in live with departmental expectations.

To demonstrate a knowledge of shop products to customers so as to assist in maximising shop sales and increase the museum’s revenue.

To support the Visitor & Retail Manager and the wider museum team to meet departmental objectives.

There are x3 12-hour per week and x1 18-hour per week positions open for this role. This role will involve 3 shifts per week, where weekend work will be required.
