Rail industry offers free rail travel to help veterans and Armed Forces attend Remembrance Services
Free rail travel offered for serving military personnel and veterans attending Services of Remembrance on 9 November.
Free rail travel offered for Royal British Legion London Poppy Day volunteers and collectors on 30 October, with an additional one day either side of the event.
Travel includes London Terminals and Services of Remembrance nationwide, with proof of ID required.

Historical ghost stories of Pembrokeshire - Spooktakular things going on in the VC Gallery this Halloween
7pm on all hallows eve we will be introducing Dr Simon Hancock MBE, historian of everything Pembrokeshire, including a large collection of ghost stories painstakingly researched over 20 years.
Historical ghost stories of Pembrokeshire will start at 7pm 31st October at the VC Gallery Haverfordwest. Doors will be open at 6.30pm to visit our art gallery and for refreshments. Talk will be starting promptly at 7pm with refreshments and snacks after. With a chance to purchase historical books of Haverfordwest and VC Gallery calenders.
£5 donation towards our winter food projects helping local people in Pembrokeshire.

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century we’ve been helping former service personnel deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression.
Hybrid with regular travel across Scotland, Northern Ireland and occasionally beyond.
Status: Permanent
Salary: Band 8b, £65,241 – £75,441, per annum, dependent on experience, plus 5% Scotland Fringe Allowance (if based in Scotland)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 16:30, hybrid, 2 days in office, 3 days at home.
